My name is Neil Raney.
I was brought up in church, accepted Christ at an early age and also baptized .
I have always felt like I was on the outside looking in with people as I was growing up.
I tried to fit in, but I didn't really feel accepted, so I ran with being different and hanging out with bad influences, and the party crowds.

My name is William R. Clark. I 've been called Ronnie all my life.
I was born in Rome Georgia on August 26,1958. I lived there until the age of 2 and then we moved to
Charleston South Carolina.
The first 6 or 7 years of my life I spent in and out of the hospital with heart trouble and rheumatic fever.
At the age of 5 I began to sing along with the T.V. on Sunday mornings when gospel music would play.
I got married in 1990 and we had a son Bryan in 1985.
I have been around church all my life however ... I never made a commitment to Jesus Christi until September of 1992.
Sometime around 1990 I started having trouble with migraine headaches .
After having every possible test done the doctor put me on pain pills which I took as directed for 7 or 8 years.
There came a point after that when I began to abuse the pain pills which led to several years of agony and pain.
I lost a 20 year job earning 55-60k a year because of my habit.
I drained all of the money from my 401k plus all of that which was in the bank account to support my drug use.
And I lost our car.
My wife asked me to leave our home and it seemed as if divorce was going to soon be a fact.
I began losing weight from not eating right or taking care of myself and soon found that I had lost 40 lbs.
I lost the respect of my family, my church and my friends.
My self-esteem was gone and I became a very negative person.
More importantly than any of that though was the fact that I lost my connection with God.
I knew I had to do something to get my life back on track so I came to Changed Lives Ministry. I went through the program and graduated a model student.
I wish I could say that was the end of this story.
A short time after graduating I let the devil back in and was soon back to living my old lifestyle.
I called Changed Lives Ministry once more and they graciously allowed me to return and go through the program a second time in April 2008.
I graduated on July 6,2008 and the Lord has led me to stay on as part of the staff here.
I knew that Changed Lives Ministry had made an impact on me the first time ;but I chose to look away from God and Satan found a way back into my life once again.
That is why I knew I needed to come back to Changed Lives Ministry where I could get the connection back once more
between myself and God.
